Property Tag CRMProperty Tag CRM is a 2010 work-in-progress server-side project; custom ordered by Volga Property, its main goal is to be an open-source CRM (customer relationship management) system designed specifically to meet the needs and requirements of real estate and property companies worldwide. The CRM will be open-source, which means that it can be modified and further developed to adapt to and suit any custom specification and requirement. Property Tag CRM will stick to the standards of Frumatic projects – usability, scalability, compatibility and feature performance. Among dozens of unique features we are certain to see cross-platform and browser compatibility, especially mobile phone compatibility. This will provide the means and opportunity for customer support mangers and sales managers to use the CRM on the go, wherever they go. Other features will include basic and advanced sales tracking, e-mail campaigns, prospect management, advanced reporting and performance analytics. The CRM will be optimized for interface intuitiveness which will decrease the time needed to train a new member of the staff. Property Tag CRM will be a Frumatic turnkey solution, which will be available both as an integrated service and a stand-alone tool mainly for property and real estate web sites or offline business.
